WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE 2012 EVENT WILL BE HELD IN:
RIGA, LATVIA
RADISSON BLU DAUGAVA HOTEL
JUNE 26-28, 2012
From the latest on Zebra Chip through to innovative advances in processing techniques, the speaker programme for this event is fast taking shape.
Speakers are being confirmed and the two days of presentations should be varied, educational and informative.
Speakers already lined up range from US-based academics (such as Professor Joe Guenthner) and industry engineers (like Chris Imdieke of GEM) to a Latvian researcher, Irisa Murniece of the Faculty of Food Technology at the Latvia University of Agriculture and an industry veteran in Rod Herbert of Herberts in the UK.
The field day excursion for the Thursday is also being finalised and should offer enough to keep all delegates busy and interested.
Remember the deadline for early bird discounts is fast approaching.
With a different format and an economical venue we will bring you something very different, very informative, very enjoyable and very much value - for - money.
The magazines Potato Processing International and Potato Storage International are highly delighted to announce the next annual Convention will take place during June 26-28, 2012, at the Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel in Riga, Latvia.
NEW FORMAT: At a time when we must all make the most of our budgets, we have a great solution. For 2012 we are holding the event in a historic city that is not as well-known as our usual locations but is one that many people wish to visit - without "breaking the bank." The programme of presentations has been shortened but will specifically focus on topics of high importance and development for both processors and storage organisations and will continue to feature the extensive networking opportunities. Long days, but worth it!
