We have been holding this event since 1997. During this time, the Convention has evolved in response to feedback from attendees.
Shortly after each event, we follow up with all attendees to assess their satisfaction and invite comments relating to any changes they would like to see made to the structure and, of course, to ask them what they really thought of the event.
